Walk to Al-Qarawiyyin, founded in 859 AD and the world's oldest continuously operating university. Visit Bou Inania Madrasa, the finest example of Marinid architecture in Morocco. Overnight Fes.
π‘ Tip: Hire a licensed guide for the Fes Medina - the lanes are genuinely confusing and locals may misdirect tourists without one.
Day 7

Evening hike 30 minutes up to the old Spanish Mosque for a panoramic view over the blue rooftops and mountains. Overnight Chefchaouen.
π‘ Tip: Chefchaouen is best photographed between 7 and 9 AM when the streets are empty and the light is soft - stay overnight to see this.
